At Silver Jewellery Cavern, we ensure that our straightforward shipping process reflects our dedication to providing excellent service and ensuring that your experience with us is as reliable as our jewellery.
Free shipping on orders over £250 in the United Kingdom and Northern Ireland. For order values under this amount, a carriage cost of £7.95 will be added to the total amount.
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days, ensuring that your items arrive promptly. We use Parcel Force or Royal Mail Special Delivery within the UK and UPS for international orders.
We can ship to the US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and almost all EU countries, excluding Germany. All international orders are sent using UPS on a fully trackable service. Please note that shipping costs vary by country.
We recommend overseas retailers shop via Faire for the most cost-effective solution. Faire offers substantially reduced shipping costs, and orders typically arrive within 2 to 3 days.
All shipments are tracked and insured against loss and damage in transit, giving you peace of mind from dispatch to delivery. Please report any damages or issues within 3 days of receiving your order.
Where possible we use environmentally-friendly packaging materials to minimise our ecological footprint.

Returns Policy
At Silver Jewellery Cavern, we offer a comprehensive returns policy designed to ensure your satisfaction and confidence in our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
All returns must be authorised before being sent back to us, please contact us to initiate the return process. To qualify for a return, items must be unused, in the original condition, and in the original packaging. For health and hygiene purposes we can only accept returns of earrings and other piercings if they are damaged or faulty.
Once received, we will inspect the item and update you on the status of your return. Approved returns will result in a refund to your original payment method. Refunds are processed promptly after approval, however, how quickly you receive the refund will depend on your card issuer’s policies.
For all returns, we recommend using a tracked and insured delivery method as we only issue refunds or exchanges for items that we receive.
We happily replace faulty or damaged goods where possible. If replacement is not available, we will issue a refund or credit note, applicable to your next order. For returns of faulty and/or damaged items, we will refund the return postage costs.

Tarnishing can naturally occur once products are exposed to certain environments. While we can’t take responsibility for tarnishing after items have been opened, we do offer anti-tarnish products to help combat and delay this natural process, extending the beauty and life of your silver jewellery.
Please note that we do not operate a sale or return policy, should you simply change your mind these returns are entirely at our discretion. In this instance, you will be responsible for the return postage costs.
