All items posted out to you are covered by insurance for loss and damage. Therefore We need notification of any damages or problems with your order within 3 days of you receiving it.
All returns will need to be Authorised prior to sending back to us so please contact us to arrange a return delivery & we will also refund the postage costs for returns of faulty and / or damaged items.
We will happily replace any faulty / damaged goods where possible or issue a refund or credit note to the value of the item & return postage costs against your next order.
Please Note: We do not offer a sale or return policy, so if you simply do not like an item you ordered then the return is strictly at our discretion and any returns will need to be authorised by us prior to you returning it to us. The postage costs of the return would be down to yourself in this instance, & we suggest you use Special Delivery for insurance purposes, as we will only issue exchanges and refunds on parcels received
All claims are only considered if items are returned in new & unused condition other than the faults reported to us.
Due to Health and Hygiene we only accept returns for earrings and other piercing items if they are faulty.
