We offer carriage paid within the UK for orders over £250.
We usually activate all new registrations the same working day, often within the hour.
We try to ship orders out as quickly as possible. Usually orders are shipped out on the same or the next working day. However the exceptions to this is when we are attending Trade Shows & then we have to extend our shipping times. Any orders placed whilst we are at Trade Shows get Priority on our return.

Yes we understand some customers prefer to look online then place their orders over the phone. We would generate the invoice for you and ring you back to take payment prior to dispatch.
No we do not substitute items unless there is a very similar item and then we would always ring first to ensure you are happy with that.

Yes on our website each item has options so you can add chains and add our Eco & Large Letter Friendly Gift Boxes or our Traditional Purple Hinged Gift Boxes. On the odd items with no options you can still order boxes etc form our Gift Box Category together with Gift Bags.
All Silver Jewellery will with time tarnish. Silver Tarnishes because 925 Silver is an alloy of silver with small quantities of base metals so chemical make-up of silver means it can be prone to Tarnishing. Tarnish will appear slowly over time as it is exposed to air & moisture etc which is how the chemical reaction starts to begins.
We suggest you store your Jewellery in a dry place away from direct sunlight, light & heat.
Storing your Silver Jewellery out of direct Sunlight and heat sources in a dry environment will help to keep your Jewellery looking Good. But as we all know this is not always practical so we offer a range solutions which include Jewellery Wipes, which are perfect for helping it to sparkle like new again and Silver Dip for those items you just can not get clean, together with our Anti Tarnish Display Boxes which include Anti Tarnish Display Pads for your Jewellery. All our Silver Jewellery is 925 Silver also known as Sterling Silver.
Yes we can confirm all our Jewellery both our 925 Silver Jewellery & our Pewter Jewellery are Nickel & Lead Free.
We are registered with the Sheffield Assay Office & have tested products to ensure their purity. Only items of Jewellery containing more than 7.78 grams of silver need a Hallmark. As our items of Silver Jewellery contains less than 7.78 grams of Silver they do not require a Hallmark. However they do carry the 925 Silver Stamp where there is room to include one. It is not a requirement for them to carry the 925 stamp but it does give customer confidence which is why we supply them.
